… Mental Health Safety Innovation

Last week was a big week of celebration for CoLiberate. Not only did we get to celebrate our team, mahi and finalist nomination at the Welly Gold Awards, we were also announced semi-finalist for an Impact award AND rolled out the very first CONVOS onSite support programme – improving the mental health and safety on construction sites!

Using the construction site at two/fiftyseven, we delivered a new mental health support training for work sites, together with BPM. It’s official – two/fiftyseven is the first of its kind to have its subcontractors, project manager, and owner with the response skills to be able to better support the mental health and wellbeing on site.

This training equipped them with easy to understand conversation tools, worksite check in practices, and short practical training to help refer each other to further support – aiming to improve the mental and emotional health of all construction workers in Aotearoa.

We are thankful for Bradley Project Management – BPM Ltd and Ash Holwell at two.fiftyseven for trusting us as delivery partners. We are stoked at being at the forefront of change in the construction industry alongside you.

It’s the little convos that make the biggest difference!
